Do you really answer the phone 24/7?+

Yes — a real engineer answers, not a call centre. We're available every hour of every day, including Christmas Day.

How much does an emergency call-out cost?+

Call-outs from £95. The price you're quoted is the price you pay — no hidden fees.

What's your first-time fix rate?+

Over 90% of boiler faults are fixed on the first visit — we carry common parts on the van for all major brands.

Do you cover all of Yorkshire?+

Are you insured?+

Yes — £5m public liability insurance, and every install carries our workmanship guarantee on top of the manufacturer's warranty.

What warranty do you offer on new boilers?+

Up to 12 years on accredited Worcester Bosch and Ideal installs, 10 years on Vaillant, and our own workmanship guarantee on top.

Do you do landlord certificates?+

Yes — CP12 from £75, with multi-property discounts and digital certificates emailed within 24 hours.
